Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Good Book for Basic Understanding of System Analysis Comment: I used this book for IST 232 at Southern Illinois University (Carbondale) for one of their online classes. We only used a few chapters for this course (there is a LOT of information in this book). Of the chapters we used, the authors did a very good job of explaining the basics of system analysis and design. Many diagrams/figures were given, showing both correct and incorrect notations. I would recommend this book, though students generally don't have the approval authority for textbooks in a class. More Reviews
