Summary: how much longer can this continue as hardcopy ?
Comment: The magazine costs $194 per year. It has a good collection of websites, grouped in various ways, like by occupation. With ancillary information also provided. But given its subject matter, how much longer can this continue to come out as hardcopy? It's been running over 10 years. It would surely make more sense, from the user's view, to have this on a website. Or maybe on a CD. That way, you get richer searching ability. And the means of clicking right away to see those websites you're interested in.
But probably from the magazine's perspective, it's better to charge $194/year for hardcopy. A pure website for this might be smaller margin. Because then how to make money? From ads. Or paid access?
