Comment: I've used my phone(s) for about three weeks now......love the clarity..... love the ease of use......love the integrated router so I don't have to use the modem now.....love SunRocket's prices.......somewhat disappointed in Amazon's third party marketer who used a bait and switch price for the phone (not the expandable extension).......overall impressed and pleased at this time.

Comment: Since this phone can only be used with SunRocket service, I feel that discussing their service should be included in reviewing this phone.
I was a SunRocket customer for just under a year. After working out a couple of minor bugs in the beginning I was very satisfied with the SR *phone* service and would rate it as excellent. If you search the web for SR reviews you may find some complaints regarding dropped calls and problems with call quality, but these are problems shared by all VOIP providers.
Sadly, when it comes to *customer* service SR leaves much to be desired! I recently moved to a new state and attempted to update my address with SR and requested my phone number be changed so I'd have a number in my new area code. What seemed like a very simple request took about a month (and nearly a dozen "reminder" emails from me) for them to properly process! It usually took them at least a couple days to respond to my emails. Some of the responses were incorrect. Some of the responses answered questions that I had not asked. Some of the responses appeared to contain fictitious excuses. Shortly after my request was finally processed correctly I canceled my service.
The way I looked at it was that if it took SunRocket about a month to handle as simple a request as that I can only imagine how long it would take them handle a more complex problem! Even so, I'm still going to go with a 3 star rating because customer service issues aside, the phone service was actually pretty good!

Summary: Do Not Do Business with SunRocket - Beware
Comment: My review relates to this product as it's a sunrocket device. My advice is go with a different VOIP service. There's many out there ! But after 2 weeks trying to work a customer service issue with Sunrocket, and being bounced around, I gave up.
They do not have a number to their billing department. If you ask them to transfer you there they say billing will email you. Bottom line..small startup company..with immature customer support department.
Don't use Sunrocket at all ! But only my suggestion.
